LED self-test sequence is executed on host watchdog error event

On watchdog error event, the power on self-test sequence is executed before the correct end state is reached.

Internally, the communication state is set to unconfigured, which in turn sets the stack into offline mode.

It is expected that the stack transits into stop state and the watchdog error in form of major fault is immediately applied to the LEDs.
