Connection Manager test of CT18 fails

            Description

            The connection manager test of CT18 throws two errors:

            2> *** Invalid Registration response size 0, expect 28.
            3> *** Invalid Registration response size 0, expect 28.

            Those are related to the tcp connection handling in the encapsulation layer.
