NS LED flashes green in DHCP mode without IP address (after LinkDown/Lease timeout)

            Description

            In DHCP mode after a link loss or IP address lease timeout, the TCPIP stack doesn't use the IP address anymore, but the NS LED continues to flash like the device has a valid IP address.
