NS LED flashes green in DHCP mode without IP address (after LinkDown/Lease timeout)

            Description

            In DHCP mode after a linkloss or IPaddress lease timeout,  the TCPIP stack doesn't use the Ip address anymore but the ApTask is not informed about the event. SO the NS LED continues to flash like the device has a valid IP address.
            Solution: The APTask must read the TCPIP configuration in fix intervals to be able to update the NS status and adjust the LED pattern.
