Adaption of coe objects after setiosize neccessary, problem not enough process data objects present when new size is higher

Since create only as much objects as confingured data and no more all possible objects with only changing the content of subindex 0, we have the Problem that setiosize command (2ff0) can only create less abjects than setconfig created before.
Easiest solution seems when setiosize comes, we should delete all objects and create new ones.
