Default OD creates more objects than subindex0 shows and no message "subindex does not exist" for those (certification issue)

            Description

            _emphasized text_Missing answer "subindex does not exist" in pdo upload of default OD when accessing higher subindexes than sub0 contains.
            We create all objects and subindexes and only change the Subindex0 to fit the configured data length of the setconfig packet. This is no loger possible for conformance test. We have to create only as much objects as confingured data.
