Add possibility for LFW customers to use a vendor specific Device Name without writing complete SII image

            Description

            LFW customer which want to use our ESI file and just Change the Device Name (e.g. NETX 500 RE/ECS) to his vendor specific Name can not do that because new CTT (>= V2.0.38.0) compares ESI and SII entry.
            Also Order Index is checked by CTT and has to be added.
            Add the new feature in Set config request or as a separate packet.
