New CTT V2.0.38 compares OrderIdx and NameIdx ESI to SII, fails in some targets (certification issue)

            Description

            New CTT V2.0.38 now checks OrderIdx and NameIdx ESI to SII which is fix and fails in some Targets.
            Fix names in config.c file which result in entries in SII have to match to ESI.
            Second Problem: If user changes Name in ESI it does not fit anymore. See related issue
