Bus ON is not set on sending a PROFIBUS_FSPMS_INIT_MS0_REQ.

Bus ON flag is not set, when PROFIBUS_FSPMS_INIT_MS0_REQ (cmd 0x0402) is sent to a not configured stack. The data sent via the request is: "01 01 00 01 01 69 0B 09 0F AF AF AF AF 9F 9F 9F 9F". In that case a confirmation PROFIBUS_FSPMS_PACKET_INIT_MS0_CNF (cmd 0x0403) without any error is received, which contains data: "6C DC 07 80 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00". No cyclic data exchange is possible with the master device.

PROFIBUS_FSPMS_INIT_MS0_REQ, PROFIBUS_FSPMS_INIT_MS1_REQ and PROFIBUS_FSPMS_INIT_MS2_REQ shall not be used on loadable firmware and shared memory. Those requests have to be rejected by TLR_E_UNKNOWN_COMMAND.
