netHOST - Variable PDI XML export

For the netHOST we need a customization for the XML export.

currently the export is done for the CH0. The structure of the netHOST is not

always the same for us. The RealTime Ethernet networks like PNM/EIP/ECM are on CH0.

Here also the correct PDI XML is stored. In the DPM/DNM systems, the channels are located on CH1.

Here the PDI XML of the Ethernet Marshaller is exported. The user cannot do anything with this PDI,

With netHOST, the PDI XML of the network (RE or FB) should always be exported.
