      Description

The wrong AutoInc addresses are assigned to devices in EtherCAT network. Here are the steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a new CIFX RE/ECM master node. Assign it to use the netX Driver to connect to our CIFX90E-based product.
      2. Select the Network Scan command. My network consists of a EK1100 coupler with EL1004, EL2004, and EL4002 modules connected to it.
      3. In the Network Scan results, select to add all four devices.
      4. Disconnect and open the CIFX RE/ECM Configuration. In the Configuration / Topology / Tree View, observe the AutoInc addresses. All of them are incorrect and match the Station Address (see image below). They should be numbered 0x0000, 0xFFFF, 0xFFFE, 0xFFFD.

When the configuration is downloaded to the CIFX 90E and read back the configuration using the HIL_GET_SLAVE_CONN_INFO_REQ command, the ulAutoIncAddress value for all of the slaves is reported as 0x0001, which again is incorrect.
