User Interface Mailbox/CoE Shows Wrong Entry in Field Subindex

The subindex field is not updated to '00' (see steps to reproduce).

Side effects to be solved:

• The comment field is not filled from the 'Name' column
• If the selected index is read only, the SDO fields should be set to empty
• The 'Data, hexBinary' field is filled with the 'Value' of the selected index, without converting to a valid hex value. Trying to 'Add CoE Starup Command' results in a format error
