Unexpected behavior when initializing DDP with user data

When passing user data to Ddp_Init() e.g in order to prevent the function to fail due to non-existent filesystem, It will always set the USB identification parameters. However there might be usecases were usb identification should be not set while using the filesystem needs to be suppressed.
