            Description

            If config.c does not explicitly initializes RTC, the type of RTC is undefined (ulHWFeatures in System Status Block reports value 0). Fallback path should always report emulated RTC (RCX_SYSTEM_HW_RTC_TYPE_EMULATED) if no RTC hardware is configured!
