Description
Recent application tasks require a mechanism to register at the MidSys for processing custom (firmware specific) packets directed to the system mailbox. By introducing an installable module interface, packets could be forwarded to any installed (registered) module's packet handler, if the response cannot be generated by the MidSys itself.
