Device data provider: Introduce module interface for default provider to support multiple data sources

Initial concept was to overwrite the default device data provider with a custom implementation if the targets device data is not supplied via security memory (default provider source). As the default provider implementation is thereby completely replaced, it cannot be used e.g. as second source or fall-back option.
By introducing a module interface for the default data provider, multiple provider source modules could be combined (including the default security memory provider) and registered with the firmware .
