rX_QueSend returns RX_TIMEOUT (instead of RX_QUE_FULL) when trying to put a packet into a queue that is full and timeout is set to RX_FINITE

            Description

            rcX V2.0 returns RX_QUE_FULL if RX_FINITE is used (and RX_TIMEOUT is a timeout value is passed) when sending a packet, while rcX V2.1 returns RX_TIMEOUT independent on the used timeout.
