Update CFI detection to support AMD/Intel-command-set compatible flashes from various manufacturers

Redesign of CFI detection routines to support AMD/Intel-command-set compatible flashes from various manufacturers. The command set supported by the flash type is derived by evalutating the vendor command set field of the CFI Query information structure located at byte offset 0x10 (see table below):
