rX_QuePostPacket() with NULL does not work if Queue is full, but it should wake up all tasks waiting on the queue

rX_QuePostPacket() returns RX_QUE_FULL when trying to use a NULL pointer to wake up all pending tasks if the queue is full. As the NULL packet is not entered into the queue it should not produce this error
