            Description

            Without a Host toggling the NCF_COMM_COS_ACK bits, RCX_DPM_GET_COMMON_STATE_REQ will always deliver old (cached) data from DPM. RUN/RDY/Bus_On might already be cached to be inserted on next toggle from host.
