RAM Disk Driver (Drv_Rdk) creates uninitialized RAM disk

            Description

            If the users uses the standard examples for volume handling, it is possible that the FAT module tries to mount an illegal RAM Disk, which contains random data.

            This error was reported by a customer, where the startup of the system is delayed by 30-40 seconds, and MidFat module returns the error MID_FAT_FATTABLE_CORRUPT during mount.

            When "memsetting" the volume the error is gone
