Mid_FatFormat is unable to format a Ramdisk volume after "ResetRegisters" script (systemstart)

            Description

            Mid_FatFormat returns MID_FAT_READ_ERROR if it was correctly formatted during first run. After clearing the heap completely everything works ok again.
