      Description

If the specific conditions (described below) are met, the TCP/IP stack cannot be set into QuickConnection mode (EtherNet/IP only). In that case the TCP/IP stack does not send the expected 40 Gratuitous ARP frames on startup and the IP address is therefore applied not fast enough.

The following conditions must be met in order to make this issue show up:

      1. The MAC address is configured by using the packet TCPIP_IP_CMD_SET_CONFIG_REQ (0x0200)
      2. QuickConnect is activated by using the packet TCPIP_TCP_UDP_CMD_ENABLE_ACD_REQ (0x031C). This packet is sent before sending the packet TCPIP_IP_CMD_SET_CONFIG_REQ
