frame-receive callback function overflows the process task queue with indication packets

The frame-receive callback function (that is registered at EddDriver) sends an (satatic) indication-packet to the TCP-process task queue to waik up the task. But the TCP task checks for received-frames (in ReceiveQue) on every packet received in process task queue: at high network load the process task queue is full of indication-packets.
