            Description

            Send SIII_SL_AP_CMD_SET_CONFIGURATION_REQ with wrong parameter value ulSystemStart (> 0x00000001) or usVendorCode (0x0000).
            Eror flag is set and communication error shows the error code.

            Packet errors should not be reported as communication errors.
