            e.g. bNumOfSlaves is 1.
            Packet SIII_SL_IDN_CMD_SET_DATA_STATE_VALID_REQ is send with parameters : ulIDN=S-0-21, bSlaveIdx=1
            No error is reported, but expected. User made a mistake and must be informed.
