Feature: Extend max supported IO data length

Extend Data length to maximum possible values.
netX50/51/52 has 284 Byte in the direction Slave->Master and 276 Byte in the direction Master->Slave
netX100/500 has 132 Byte in the direction Slave->Master and 124 Byte in the direction Master->Slave
(including Connection Control and IO Status/Control)
