Sercos S LED half MST loss not signaled

At the targets NJ50, COMX100, COMX51, CIFX50, NJ51 (targets with no anti-parallel connection of the S-LED) do not signal the half MST loss LED.
All other targets could not signal the half MST loss LED for cycle times smaller 1ms.
