Sequence of MDT/AT function calls false

The old modes Bus Sync and Triple Buffer start with producing followed by consuming and so on. The new mode SIII_SL_AP_SET_CONFIGURATION_DEVICE_PROCDATA_MODE_SEPARATE_AT_CALLBACK started with consuming followed by producing and so on. This leads to a missing Handshake in AP task a few cycles after entering CP4. Change the new mode according to the old modes.
