[netX52] COM0 and COM1 MMIO configuration wrong

            Description

            The MMIO configuration for MMIO 12-15 is wrong. At the moment the default define is used. This configuration can not be changed through the second stage taglist (see Issue PSSCS-1138).
            For most targets the COM0 and COM1 LEDs are wired to MMIO 12-15 so it is recommended to fix this in the config.c
