InterruptDisable function in rcX/netX platform adaption writes to irq_msk_set register

In Ptp_TimerCompare_InterruptDisable(), we clear bits in register Adr_NX51_arm_timer_irq_msk_set and others (depending on the chip). Instead, these functions should set bits in the Adr_NX51_arm_timer_irq_msk_reset register and others to disable interrupt requests.
