Sync Offset 1 is used for both trigger units

            Description

            We allow configuration of trigger signals sync0 and sync1 in terms of periods and offsets and pulse lengths. Due to a bug in the PTP stack, the offset parameter of Signal Sync0 will not be used, but the offset parameter of Sync1 will be used for both signal trigger units.
