Eliminate lwIP, DrvEth and OSAL dependencies in public PTP header files

Eliminate lwIP, DrvEth and OSAL dependencies in public PTP header files.
For a LFW or Shared Memory Application the public header files of the mentioned components are not necessary and therefore make it very confusing, since there would be a lot of header files to include without actually using them.
