Application Ready.req may contain invalid ModuleDiffBlock during Dynamic Reconfiguration

            Description

            When the device finalizes a  PrmBegin/PrmEnd sequence (Dynamic Reconfiguration) with Application Ready.req, the Application Ready.req may contain a ModuleDiffBlock containing submodules not affected by the PrmBegin. The problem was not fixed with PSPNSV5-816 as expected.
