[GSDML] Inconsistent version number given for PNIO_Version

            Description

            The GSDML files provided are according GSDML specification V2.34

            However the DeviceAccessPoints inside GSDML files claim conformance to PNIO_Version 2.35. This is inconsistent as this PNIO_Version can not be used together with GSDML V2.34

            The PNIO_Version needs to be set to 2.34.
