Syntax errors in provided SBOM files

The provided SBOM contains several syntax errors:

• metadata.component  shall use "externalReference" instead of "reference"
• entry for mbedTLS shows an unresolved dependency
• entry for eCosPro shall respect URL definition (it is an "array of strings" and not a "string")
• entry for eCosPro ancestors.supplier is a singular object and not an array of objects
• entry for FirmwareToolbox shall respect URL definition (it is an "array of strings" and not a "string")
• entry for FirmwareToolbox ancestors.supplier is a singular object and not an array of objects
