            Description

            According to protocol stack documentation (and internal implementation), only SendClocks which are a power of 2 are supported.

            However, if a connection is established with e.g. SendClock 33, this is not rejected by the protocol stack. Instead, the connection is established and frames are not exchanged in rate expected by IO Controller.

            Unsupported SendClock shall be rejected with a negative Connect Response.
