Integrated webserver cannot be used in https-only mode

The integrated webserver of Usecase C firmwares offers both communication protocols, http and https. Behavior can be controlled via taglist.

It is expected that all following combinations can be used:

• webserver completely inactive (neither http nor https is available)
• only http is available
• only https is available
• http and https are both available

Unfortunately, the "https-only" mode is not working.
