change webserver behavior regarding default http and https usage

            Description

            For all usecase A firmwares, the webserver shall use port 80 for http access and https shall not be available (no change to previous firmware generations).

            For all usecase C firmware, the webserver shall use port 0 for http access, thus disable it by default, and port 443 for https access (thus enable it by default).
