Singleport firmwares do not provide LinkStatus Indication to application after it registers

It is defined that firmware shall send a LinkState Indication to application once the application registers itself. This works fine for all firmwares except the Singleport ones.

Even if at runtime with registered application the ethernet cable is pulled or plugged back, no such indication is received in application.
