Singleport firmware unresponsible on network when trying to establish a second IO AR

When using the singleport firmware and an IO AR is established all is fine. When now a second IO-AR shall be established, the netX does not respond at all to the Connect Request. In addition, it stops sending LLDP, stops responding to DCP and after a while even stops sending cyclic frames to the first, already established IO AR.

The regular firmware with support for two Ethernetports is not affected by this issue.
