            Description

            Under special circumstances, e.g., high netload, the IO-Device may unexpectedly reject SR-AR with RDHT error.

            The problem happens only when RDHT monitoring is interrupted by receiving cyclic frames with PrimaryReq, so it is quite difficult to reproduce the problem using external scripts e.g., python testcase.
