Receiving a Release request with wrong ARUUID is not rejected but instead aborts the AR

            Description

            When an IO Controller sends a Release Request but uses a wrong ARUUID, the AR is aborted and the Release Request is positively answered.

            It is expected that a Release Request with wrong ARUUID is rejected and the AR is kept stable.
