            Description

            If a TLV database is used which itself is incorrect (invalid checksum) an unexpected error code is reported.

            Expected error code: ERR_CONFIG_MANAGER_INVALID_CHECKSUM (0xC0ED0007)

            Observed error code: ERR_PNS_IF_NO_NW_DBM_ERROR (0xC030001)
