IP not set to 0.0.0.0 after receipt of of DCP ResetFactorySettings while AR is active

When configured firrmware receives a DCP ResetFactorySettings it is expected that existing AR is aborted, NameOfStation is cleared (set to empty string) and IP address is changed to 0.0.0.0.

However, current implementation does not reset IP to 0.0.0.0 but keeps the old one. The AR is aborted and NameOfStation correctly cleared.
