update GSDML files regarding possible SendClocks and CycleTime for netX90 Usecase C

As netX90 Usecase C firmware does not support fast SendClock cycles, the GSDML file for PNSV5.3 shall be extended.

For netX90 GSDML file:

• the existing DAP for 5.1 shall be changed to " V5.1.0 - V5.1.x". The OrderID shall be changed to 7833.000. Nothing more shall be changed.
• the existing DAP for 5.2 shall be changed to "V5.2.0 - V5.2.x". The OrderID shall be changed to 7833.000. Nothing more shall be changed.
• the existing DAP for 5.2 SR shall be completely removed
  • later we will manually generate a SR-specific GSDML file for delivery of SR firmware
• A new DAP for V5.3 shall be added.
  • It shall be named "NETX 90 Usecase A RE/PNS V5.3.0 - V5.x"
  • It shall contain the same features as the Dap "5.2.0"
  • It shall use OrderID 7833.000
• A second new DAP for V5.3 shall be added.
  • It shall be named "NETX 90 Usecase C RE/PNS V5.3.0 - V5.x"
  • It shall use OrderID 7833.001
  • It shall contain the same features as the new 5.3 Usecase A Dap  BUT
  • SendClockFactors smaller 1ms shall be removed
  • MinDeviceInterval shall be set to 1ms

For "cifx netX90" GSDML file:

• simply adjust the SendClock and MinDeviceInterval in existing DAPs and do not rename anything (same values as new Usecase C DAP)
• the products have not yet been sold to customers and thus we can simply change the parameters

For NRP90 GSDML file

• the DAP "H90-RE\F8D8/PNS" represents the Usecase C firmware.
• It shall be adjusted in the same way as the "cifX netX90" GSDML file
