sometimes no DCP Hello sent when executing FastStartUp certification tests

            Description

            When performing the certification tests for feature "FastStartup" a huge variety of scenarios is tested. Sometimes a single one of these scenarios fails with error "no DCP Hello frame received".

            Firmware versions V5.2.0.x and V5.1.0.x is not affected by this issue.
