Sometimes Netload Certification tests "Normal Operation" for Netload Class III fail

            Description

            When performing the netload certification tests for netload class III in scenario "normal operation" sometimes the cyclic communication is lost. This is not expected, in scenario "normal operation" the communication shall not be lost.
