wrong LED behavior after firmware was deconfigured

            Description

            If the firmware was configured successfully and actice on the network and now application sets "Bus off", deletes the Configuration and performs a ChannelInit it is expected that LED is static ON (as no configuration exists). Observed is blinking LED.
