[GCI-adapter]: reading I&M0 data returns wrong data after first configuration cycle

            Description

            If the netX90 firmware is configured by SetConfiguration Request which configures the stack to handle I&M data and then I&M0 is read the I&M0 data returned is invalid (contains only character 0x20).

            If now the stack is deconfigured (ConfigDelete, ChannelInit) and then again configured by means of SetConfiguration Request and now I&M0 data is read at least some parts of I&M0 data are set as expected.
